1977 MG B Convertible

Sold

This MG B convertible should be considered a project, but a very good one at that. It is perfectly drivable and sold with a new MOT (although it is currently without one, please check with us if you are interested). The car is very solid all round and has been well looked after in the past, though it could now use attention to its paintwork. The bodywork is all in fairly good condition, as is the brightwork (this is a chrome bumper conversion car). The interior is in very nice condition and needs no work. Photos of the underside are also available upon request.

The history file for this car is what really sets it apart from other project MG Bs, as it is quite comprehensive and full of old MOTs detailing many thousands spent on upkeep with invoices going as far back as the 1980s. There is even a for sale advert in a newspaper from 1998 which describes the car as being in fantastic condition and with bills for over £6,000. Also included in the history folder are many old MOTs and other sundry paperwork.

UPDATED NOTES.

After a pre-inspection for the MOT we discovered some new parts on the car and recent works carried out.

These include: a new N/S/F brake calliper + top wishbone, a new oil cooler, an electric fan, new Flexi brake pipes on the front, new mounting bushes, new slave cylinder and new inner wing panels.
