This Fiesta RS Turbo project has been sat at the back of a long queue of projects for far too long and we’ve decided to pass it on to a new owner who can get it back on the road and start enjoying it long before we ever could. These cars have become hard to find and most projects we’ve seen are usually rotten and unviable for restoration. This one is very solid all around with only minor areas of corrosion. There is some corrosion to the lower right corner of the boot lid, an area around the fuel filler that looks like it has had a previous repair and a couple of other minor areas that are beginning to bubble. The bodywork is mostly straight with only a few marks or dents and the original wheels are still with the car and the centre caps are currently being stored inside the car. We have had the engine running on a few occasions but it is best to consider this a full project which needs everything checked. The wiring is a particular poor spot on this car and will need proper attention. We believe that there are only a few parts missing, though we are unable to confirm that absolutely everything is with the car as the exhaust is currently stored in the boot. The interior looks to be in fairly good condition for the age. There is some previous history with the car but not mountains of paperwork and sadly the original book pack is missing.
This is a great project for any fast Ford fan, and we’re hoping to find it a good home.
