The MG B is well known as an affordable British sports car that is also a lot of fun to drive. The MG B that you see for sale here has been modified by a previous owner for mostly track use, though it is important to note that the car is completely road legal and has recently received a new MOT so that you can use it however you please. There are a few advisories on that MOT but all have been taken care of, with the fitment of new tyres and number plates, a small oil leak has also been tended to. Among the modifications made to this particular car is the replacement of the original engine with a 3.5l Rover V8 which provides more power and arguably a more entertaining sound track too. Also fitted is a pair of race seats and also a roll cage, certainly helpful if you do want to use this pretty little MG on the track.
The paintwork is in good condition, though it could use touching up in the engine bay if you are looking for a car you can show rather than just drive and enjoy. The interior is also a pleasant place to be and needs no work, there are also a few additional switches for a battery cut off and more. There isn’t a lot of paperwork with the car unfortunately, but perhaps that isn’t too much of a surprise considering the life this car has lead over recent years. We do have a small paperwork file including the invoices for work we have completed on the car.
